My role as Co-Ordinator allows me to visit our customers regularly, supporting the care team and liaising with health care professionals. I liaise with the registered manager to make sure there is sufficient cover to deliver all of the care and support plans on time. Make sure care workers with the right skills and experience are matched to deliver each customer’s care and support plan. Ensure run and working patterns are efficient and logical. Effectively prioritise to meet unexpected emergencies and changes in care packages. I started working in the care profession after caring for an ill family member for several years and wanted to help others in the same way. I have a passion for caring and helping people with all different health needs.
Out with my time at Allander Homecare, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, socialising and spending time outdoors, going on long walks in the Scottish country.
